Booking the band:

When both the client and the band are able to confirm, the band will put as many details listed above on a contract and email to client with a digital signature. This can be done in a 10 minute phone conversation if preferred. Once this contract has been returned signed, the band can collect full payment on the night (or whatever has been prior arranged).
